Whats so special about GVT (Genesis Vision) ?

I was browsing recently ended ICO's and I noticed that GVT is still almost 20x up in this market. It crashed like everyone else in February but has almost recovered back nearly to its ATH.

I know I should do my own research but I was wondering if someone can give me a short explanation

PS. according to icodrops.com it only sold 12% during the tokensale 🤔🤔
